Toshiba's Digital Products Division this week announced the arrival of the Canvio AeroCast Wireless Hard Drive which, the company said, "blends the benefits of high-capacity external storage with the ultimate in wireless freedom." The product is a high-capacity, 1TB hard drive that connects with the Google Chromecast to "cast" media to a TV from the drive. It arrives this week, at $219.99 (Chromecast sold separately.)

New Jersey retailer Electronics Expo, having regained its financial footing, will open an additional high-end-brand-populated store next month in the same Union, N.J. 10,800-square-foot facility that had originally housed the chain’s second store, Leon Temiz, its CEO, told Dealerscope Thursday. The store currently operates out of a single, 19,000-square-foot facility in Wayne, N.J; the new store will hold a soft opening Nov. 6 for the vendor community and then officially open on Nov. 10.
