Sachs Report March Survey
March 17, 2010
From Sachs Report

The remaining spectrum may be sold for upgrades for faster speeds and such. As of March 3, 2010, the FCC said they would also like to have a Digital Literacy Corps of volunteers to help U.S. residents get online as part of a national broadband plan.
