New York City-based Stereo Exchange hosted 11 vendors at its Downtown Manhattan Broadway showroom April 13 through 15 for a storewide high-end-audio demonstration fest/sale.
Dave Wasserman, Stereo Exchange’s owner, said the Springtime Sale, promoted on vendors’ and the store’s websites and via several email blasts to its customer base, was designed to give him “an opportunity to bring customers in in a civilized environment to meet important manufacturers and give them quality demonstrations – and do some business, too.
“The objective here is to show great products and meet great vendors, and offer clients the best prices we’ll have all year.”
Expected in attendance over the three-day event were: Ray Kimber and Nate Mansfield of Kimber Kable; John Stronzer of Bel Canto; Scott Campbell and Mike Marko of Arcam; Mike Latvis of Harmonic Resolution Systems; Chris Connaker of Computer Audiophile; Dave Gordon of ARC; Bill Peugh of Sonus Faber; Vince Bruzzese and Lucy Lentini of Totem Acoustic; Jonathan Derda of Peachtree Audio; Bret D’Agostino of Bully Sound Co. and Ryan Donaher of Meridian.
