To cancel the old subscription you can fax a copy of a current mailing label to 215-238-5217. You can also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer service department from 8:30 to 5:00 ET. Please be sure to provide us with the magazine name, your name and complete mailing address and a method to reach you so we can confirm your cancellation.

NAPCO Media offers free subscriptions to individuals who meet specific pre-established demographic criteria which has been set for each of our titles. Individuals who satisfy this criteria are added as non-renewing subscribers are removed. While it typically takes 6-8 weeks to receive the first issue, it may take several months on some titles due to high demand.

We are able to offer complimentary subscriptions to select individuals because our costs are offset by the advertising revenue generated by each title.

Subscribers who receive our publications for free are required to fill out a request form every year so that NAPCO Media can comply with U.S. postal service regulations and to provide our editors with updated demographic information which helps them keep editorial content relevant.
