T-Mobile Pursues Affordable Smart Phones, Tablets
Philipp Humm, the new chief executive of T-Mobile USA, wants to boost the wireless carrier's fortunes in the U.S.
He has reason: The company, which is the fourth-largest in the U.S., reported it lost more than 300,000 subscribers on contract-based plans in the fourth quarter.
