Since its inception, 3Doodler has been a product with a special focus on creating a unique, kid-friendly 3D printing technology, including the “world’s first 3D printing pen.” And today, following through on its commitment to kids and education, the Kickstarter darling announced a new educational product line specifically designed for classroom use.
The new products include the classroom-ready 3Doodler Create+ EDU Learning Pack and the Start EDU Learning Pack. 3Doodler created the new product lines for (and with the help of) teachers. They come with 12 pens (either the Create+ or Start model), 1,200 strands of plastic filament, myriad accessories, lesson plans, and other classroom materials. 3Doodler said it will also make six-pen versions of both kits available through its educational website and other major retail partners.
Additionally, the company announced sampler-size 3Doodler EDU Teacher Experience Kits for both the Create+ and Starter pens. These packs come at a fraction of the cost and feature one pen and all of the other related materials.
