Most iPhone 4 Customers Satisfied
Despite all of the negative publicity about the iPhone 4's antenna problems, 72 percent of iPhone 4 owners proclaimed themselves "very satisfied" with the device, with an additional 21 percent saying they are "somewhat satisfied."
That's according to numbers released Wednesday by research firm ChangeWave Research.
Meanwhile, 33 percent of iPhone 4 owners said the phone "exceeds" their expectations and 60 percent said it "meets" them. Customers like the screen resolution, 5 megapixel camera and touch screen interface most. In terms of dislikes, the need to use AT&T's network (27 percent) was number one, followed by the coverage/speed/quality of such network; 24 percent named the antenna issue.
