For those of you situated in the Northeast corner of the United States, this is probably something you wish would’ve existed prior to this weekend’s massive snowstorm that hit the Interstate 95 corridor between Washington, D.C., and just north of New York City. Hell, I wish I would’ve thought to put this article together prior to the Big Dig that ensued on Sunday and into Monday. It would’ve come in handy for sure.
Better late than never though, right?
In a way, having the sort of retrospect that I do now—having survived the Blizzard of 2016—might even give me a bit of a leg up here. Some firsthand experience. I’m a bit of a, how do you say, “weather-tech expert” at this point.
