A Few Surprises On the Way to the Club
They are big nationals and smaller regional players. Some sell a broad line of CE products and appliances, while others focused on narrower product sets. While these retailers differ in many respects, most of them used similar strategies that helped elevate them to Dealerscope’s 101 Club.
There really was no secret sauce or late-night offerings to the CE gods that got them there. The majority of their success is based on tried-and-true business practices that enable most smart companies, no matter the size or industry, to survive and grow during tough times.
