Stolen Walmart Cart Taken to Strip Club
A man and woman in West Virginia were arrested last week and charged with stealing a motorized shopping cart from a Walmart location- and taking it on a joyride to a local strip club. According to WSAZ, the man was spotted driving the cart while the woman walked behind. They left the cart outside the strip club, but were caught when they returned for it after leaving the club. The two were charged with grand larceny and public intoxication.
Apple Goes After White iPhone Entrepreneur
A teenager in New York who sold parts for the unreleased white iPhone is being investigated- by Apple. According to the New York Observer, the young Queens resident was first interviewed by a private investigator about his business, before being informed that it was actually Apple that was behind the investigation.
Airport Employees Accused of Theft
Four baggage handlers at Philadelphia International Airport have been charged with stealing electronics, cameras and other products from the luggage of passengers. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the four part-time employees were charged with a variety of crimes including theft, criminal conspiracy, unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and more.
