Fry's Customer Gets Banned For Life
A man in California convicted a third time for shoplifting from a Fry's Electronics store has been banned for life from all locations of the chain by a judge.
According to local news station KXTV, Judge James D. Garbolino banned 45-year-old Douglas Wayne McCauley from all Fry's stores forever, after he was convicted of stealing keyboard components from a Roseville, Calif. store last summer. McCauley had been convicted four other times for shoplifting, including twice from Fry's stores.
The defendant also received 60 days in jail and five years probation.
