It’s essential that you have a complete demo to see and hear the quality of the component and to get a sense of what it will be like in your home. And to do that, you’ll want to go into a store, talk to the sales associates and ask for demos! You’ll need to look at the picture and sound quality. Actually hold the remote control and have the sales person direct you on how to use it. Take a look at the menus. Can you get comfortable with how the TV, audio system or component works? Be sure that you give every customer this type of complete demo to help them get comfortable with the product and get a sense of ownership. This will go far in reducing returns.
