New Low-Cost TVs, From EQD
A new LCD TV brand has been established, as EQD Corp. has announced its new line of low-cost LCD TVs under the Auria name.
“As tough economic times are changing the HDTV landscape, and with the federally mandated switch to digital TV signals, EQD has entered the marketplace in a unique position that will allow us to provide high-quality, high-value Multiple Function Monitors (MFM) as HDTVs and PC displays at the lowest possible price,” the company's CEO, Steve Woo, said as part of the announcement. “This business model will not only help us meet the needs of today’s consumers and businesses, but it will also allow us to give back to the community.”
The company has pledged to donate a portion of its profits to a pair of charities, the Armed Forces Foundation and Miracles for Kids.
