The debut of its Isaac Mizrahi audio line brought MWA to the attention of visitors to CES 2019. But the company also took the show’s occasion to present a diversity of accessories options under more labels at its exhibit.
Under its Cylo POP brand banner, it spotlighted a unique line of iPhone “back protectors” – svelte accessories that are not cases but are designed, explained Judah Uziel, the company’s vice president, to shield the phones’ glass backs from impact damage while still allowing the Qi charging functionality. The protectors also sport a built-in phone ring.
Also on exhibit from the company was the Cannonball Max – a floating true wireless 360-degree Bluetooth speaker with an eight-hour rechargeable battery that is IPX-7-rated water-submersible for up to 30 minutes. It is coated in a rubberized, shock-absorptive cover, has a built-in mic for call answering, and is counterbalanced for optimal audio directionality while it is floating, says the company. The Max comes in 5-inch and 4-inch models ($79.99 and $49.99; March availability).
On view at the booth as well: the Cylo Sticky Powerbank - a 3000mAh phone power supply that is backed with a self-stick pad that is made for simplified removal and reattachment of the device to the phone.
