Over the course of their rich, 94-year history, Shure has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry. And now, as the global audio brand prepares for the launch of their new AONIC line, they’ve recruited Adam Levine to be the face of the campaign. The AONIC 50 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones and the AONIC 215 True Wireless Sound Isolating Earphones won’t be available until the spring, but CES attendees can catch an early glimpse of the new products at booth #20200 this week.
Whether on the train, in the gym, or at home, Shure’s AONIC line promises to deliver the most premium listening experience with a battery life to match. On a full charge, Shure claims that the AONIC 50 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones could last the entire length of a plane ride from one corner of the world to another. And the AONIC 50s would also be comfortable enough to actually wear for that long. The over-ear, wireless, noise-cancelling headphones were expertly designed for professionals in the audio industry. Creating comfortable, high-quality headphones with 20 hours of battery life was essential to keep up with individuals who wear headphones all day long for a living.
The AONIC 215 True Wireless Sound Isolating Earphones were also designed with music professionals in mind, but this time from a different segment. The earphones were crafted with the same technology used for in-ear monitoring during on-stage performances. These compact earphones provide eight hours of listening time and an additional three charges with the case. They also provide exceptional comfort and a secure fit for uninterrupted listening on the go.
Shure designed the AONIC line with the help of acoustical engineers to find the perfect balance of ambient sounds and acoustics. Both pairs of headphones offer adjustable noise cancelling allowing users to achieve a fully immersive sound as well as an environment mode to let the outside world in. Listeners can customize their sound experience using the ShurePlus PLAY app for iOS and Android with features specifically for the AONIC line.
“The biggest legends in music – Elvis, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Aretha Franklin, and others – have trusted Shure microphones and gear in studios and on the biggest stages worldwide,” said Eduardo Valdes, Senior Director of Global Marketing for Musician and Consumer Audio at Shure. “Now, music lovers can experience that same quality of audio wherever they go.”
Visitors to the Shure booth can preview the AONIC 50 and AONIC 215 in a “real-world experiential setting.” With each demo, Shure will make a donation to Save the Music, a non-profit that helps kids, schools, and communities discover the power of music. Shure will also enter each visitor who demos the products into a raffle for a chance to win a pair of headphones, earphones, or VIP tickets to Lollapalooza 2020.
Additional details on the AONIC line will be available in spring 2020 along with marketing campaigns featuring Adam Levine.
