Alarm.com Files For IPO
Alarm.com has filed for an initial public offering, aimed at raising up to $75 million. Fortune reported on the company going public, citing the S-1 form filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Goldman Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch are handling the IPO.
The company was founded 15 years ago, with a special focus on the Internet of Things and home automation in the last few years.
