Almo Corporation Advisory Board Welcomes Tim Baxter
Long-time technology industry veteran Tim Baxter, has joined the Almo Corporation advisory board. In this new role, the former Samsung Electronics North American President and CEO will provide counsel on business direction, unbiased insights and ideas for the group, and offer support for new business development.

Baxter’s expertise in the industry is the result of 35 years spent working in the consumer electronics, telecom, mobile appliance and entertainment categories. In his role with Samsung Electronics, Baxter was responsible for all aspects of the organization, including consumer electronics, mobile, marketing, customer care, B2B, services and new business in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to his days with Samsung, Baxter held executive, marketing, product management and sales positions at Sony Corporation of America, AT&T and Lucent Technologies.
Baxter earned his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Roger Williams University, and he also hold an honorary degree from Roger William University as well as an honorary doctorate from South Carolina State University. He currently serves as a Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Roger Williams University while also serving on the Board of Directors for the CTIA, Junior Achievement USA and the ADL-CE board, and he is active with Covenant House of NJ.
