Another Big Loss For Circuit City
Circuit City on Thursday posted a loss of $164.8 million in the first quarter of this year, which the company mostly attributed to a drop in same-store sales of more than 11 percent.
The company also said it expects a loss between $170 million and $185 million in the second quarter, the AP reported. The company also announced it is suspending its dividend.
The loss was slightly smaller than what analysts had predicted.
