Apple Seen Upping iPhone Shipments
Apple has reportedly placed a huge order of iPhones for the first quarter of next year. According to Digitimes, the company has upped its target to 20-21 million units, up from 19 million originally.
The new quarter is expected to include the introduction of a CDMA-equipped iPhone, which is expected to run on Verizon's wireless network. The report said 5 to 6 million of the new phones will be CDMA-capable.
