Apple Warns Resellers of Drought
Apple has communicated to resellers in the last week that as they prepare to roll out new products in the near future, that they can expect to see shortages of iPods, some laptops, and other products. That’s according to a report by AppleInsider.com, citing an “advisement bulletin” issued in late July.
Apple went on to suggest that the resellers place “lump orders” for four weeks worth of the iPods and three weeks worth of the iPods.
The company is thought to be introducing its newest notebook computers- and possibly new iPods as well- this fall.
