Apple Store Adds Concierge App
Apple's retail stores have added a new app which will provide store employees information on when customers have checked in. The app is called Concierge and is operational beginning this week.
According to the Macstories website, the Concierge app sends a push notification to store employees when a customer, often with a reservation, virtually checks in, while also setting up a queue of those who have done so. Customers will also be told, via their phone, when the employee is available.
