Best Buy Survey: Mobile Users Don't Know Their Contracts
Around half of mobile phone users don't know when their mobile phone contract expires, according to a customer survey released this week by Best Buy Mobile. In addition four in ten say they weren't informed with a reminder notice that their contract was about to expire.
The survey results were revealed as part of Best Buy's new Upgrade Checker campaign.
"When it comes to mobile solutions available today, many consumers are not armed with the right information to truly get the most out of their mobile phone," Shawn Score, president of Best Buy Mobile, said as part of the announcement. "We know that there are customers out there using mobile phones that are four and five years old when they could be using a smart phone.
