AT&T, Dish Network to Split
AT&T is pulling out of its marketing agreement with DISH Network as of the end of this year, Reuters reported Tuesday. The agreement, under which the two companies worked together to sell “triple play” services, had been in place for five years.
According to the report, the opt-out could set the stage for a bidding war between DISH and rival DirecTV over who exclusively partners with AT&T.
