Attitudes from the Publisher
As an industry, we're always riding a wave of change—every day another company is introducing a new product or technology. But within all of this ruckus, the editorial staff of Dealerscope has remained stable.
Well, former Editor-in-Chief Janet Pinkerton blew all of that out of the water, leaving us for the full-time job of motherhood. Her departure last month required that we make some changes, specifically the promotion of E-Gear Editor-in-Chief Grant Clauser to be Dealerscope's Editor-in-Chief as well. Former Senior Editor David Dritsas is now Editor of both magazines. And we are delighted to welcome Joe Paone, our Senior Editor covering video. Joe comes to us from the IT trade publishing market and already has proven to be a great addition to our team.
By the time you read this, the multi-talented Natalie Hope McDonald, our cartoonist of recent months, will have joined our staff as Senior Editor, covering computing and wireless communications. In addition, we have expanded the role of our managing editor to include special projects and will hire Jessica Millward to fill that important position. Both Jessica and Natalie come to us from other publications within our parent company, North American Publishing Co. We are very pleased to have hired the best and brightest from within.
