Azione Unlimited Spring Conference Stresses Interaction, Growth
In its third biannual conference, buying group Azione Unlimited emphasized social interaction between member dealers and vendors as it focused on the future of the group and the electronics industry.
The conference was entitled “Confluence,” which is defined as a coming together—in geographical terms, a joining of two rivers. This was apt on a couple of levels, as the event not only encouraged social “joining,” but was held at the confluence of the Missouri and St. Louis rivers.
Held April 10-12, 2013, in St. Louis, the event schedule devised by Azione founder/president Richard Glikes included multiple activities designed to bond participants. Assigned seating—which varied from session to session—assured that attendees would have ample opportunities to meet new people and form new business relationships.
