Barnes and Noble to Sell E-Reader
Barnes and Noble will begin selling its own branded e-reader as soon as next month, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday. The move was expected, as the bookstore giant had been making moves indicating such a launch over the past year.
The reader will feature a six-inch touchscreen and wireless connection. Pricing and release information has not yet been determined.
The new device is set to compete with the Amazon Kindle, Sony Reader, and various other products in the emerging category.
