Information Increases Sales & Profits
The more information you gather about your customers and prospects, the easier it is to:
1. Discover the products and services that will solve their problems and fulfill their needs and wants.
2. Build a relationship with them. All business is built and grown on relationships.
Keep the information in a form that you can easily access. Before computers I used file cards I called Gold Cards. Not because the cards were colored gold, but because they made me so much money.
Today we use computer programs, but the system is the same. Every customer I had a Gold Card on was a Gold Card Customer.
