Best Buy Promotes Two
Best Buy announced Thursday that it has promoted a pair of top executives. Chief marketing officer and senior vice president Barry Judge will retain the CMO title while being elevated to executive vice president. The 46-year-old Judge oversees the company's social media efforts.
“Barry is deeply passionate about Best Buy and has been a vocal advocate about the need for our company to find new and innovative ways to grow,” CEO Brian Dunn said as part of the announcement.
The company also said that Tim Sheehan has been promoted to the position of executive vice president, enterprise retail operations, from his previous position as senior vice president, customer experience creation. Like Dunn, Sheehan got his start in the company as a sales associate.
