Best Buy To Launch In-Store Ad Business
Best Buy next year will launch a new advertising business next year, in which it will allow its various partners to advertise its products on in-store displays, BusinessWeek reported last week.
The new initiative will allow product makers, movie studios, and other companies that do business with Best Buy to advertise on TVs, PCs, cell phones and other devices on display in Best Buy's stores. Partners already on board include Samsung, Sony and Toshiba, the magazine said.
