A Wall Street analyst on Friday downgraded Best Buy’s stock from “buy” to “hold” on Friday, a move that sent the company’s stock tumbling. According to the Pioneer Press newspaper, analyst Mike Baker of Deutsche Bank AG lowered the rating due to both possible oversupply of flat-panel TVs and competition from Wal*Mart. Baker’s move led to a 7 percent drop in the company’s stock throughout Friday.
