Best Buy Wednesday announced new leadership for its previously announced Women’s Leadership Forum. The forum, known as WOLF@Best Buy, will now be led by vice president, Home Life and Trend Liz Haesler and vice president, territory general manager Mary Stoddart.
The forum's purpose, the company said as part of the announcement, is to "build an even stronger culture for women to work, and demonstrate market share gains with female consumers."
“Mary and Liz are humble, thoughtful, visionary leaders who have strong, personal convictions and passion for this area of growth,” Best Buy's incoming CEO, Brian J. Dunn, said in a statement. “Both are committed to helping advance the amazing work done thus far, while integrating the WOLF@Best Buy network even more meaningfully into the business.”
