Ahead of the group’s 2018 National Convention in Las Vegas, BrandSource announced a new partnership with Wondersign that will give the buying group’s independent retail members access to a new endless aisle kiosk solution.
Brick and mortar retailers around the country find themselves competing with ecommerce shops that can offer a seemingly endless supply of options for consumers. Physical stores, though, are limited by what’s inside their own four walls. Partnering with Wondersign will give BrandSource members a tool that will enable them to better compete with those ecommerce sites by offering “endless aisle” kiosks.
In 2014, Wondersign introduced an endless aisle kiosk for furniture retailers, and within a few months, that solution contributed to doulble-digit sales growth, a much improved customer experience, and above average customer retention numbers, BrandSource said in a statement.
