Bringo! has launched a service which calls customer service on behalf of customers and connects them when they finally reach a human. Bringo! performs this service through their Web site, www.nophonetrees.com, which already has over 300 companies listed in multiple categories. A user finds the company they want to call, enters his or her phone number and receives a phone call after Bringo! has navigated the company’s phone tree to connect the user to a living, breathing customer service representative. The Web site is still in Beta and customer blog The Consumerist is reporting that it still has some glitches, but Bringo! says that nophonetrees.com is only the first in a series of different services they plan to spearhead that integrate phone and Internet technology to make life easier for consumers.
