Caldero Leaves Crane's
Ken Crane’s announced that CE veteran Steve Caldero stepped down as senior vice president and COO at Ken Crane’s, following the company’s restructuring plans, which included shutting down four out of 10 stores in California.
Caldero joined the chain in 2005 as vice president of sales, after 19 years with Yamaha, and was promoted 18 months later to his current position.
“I have learned so much over these past five years,” Caldero said in a company statement. “I have been privileged to work with some of our industry’s most decent and knowledgeable people. I have seen first hand what separates and connects the needs of consumers, dealers and manufacturers. I fully understand the reasons behind this restructuring and I will count myself lucky to find another employer or partner with as much smarts and integrity as Ken Crane’s.”
