Consumer electronics, residential systems and light commercial product distributor Capitol held an on-premises demo earlier this month at its Eagan, Minn., headquarters of KEF’s Extreme Theater Wall, an interactive display featuring the brand’s in-wall and in-ceiling Extreme Theatre loudspeakers.
In attendance were Capitol customers within reach of the location as well as customers who had placed orders for pickup. They were treated to demos by KEF representatives as well as to a complimentary barbecue lunch at local favorite Last Chance BBQ Shack’s food truck, courtesy of KEF.
Capitol President and Chief Financial Officer Curt Hayes noted that the company’s headquarters were available for such special events and for training purposes. “Capitol serves dealers coast-to-coast, but we always have a special fondness for our local friends who visit,” said Hayes. “It’s always a pleasure to repay their loyalty with perks that are unique to the Twin Cities region.”
David Kroll, vice president at KEF America, noted partner Capitol’s “commitment to customer service and their technical expertise” which “match KEF’s own desire to provide top-tier support to all our dealers. Having so many come out to experience KEF’s Extreme Theater Wall is a testament to Capitol’s close relationships with their customers.”
