Dramatic, and it's far from over. The shift from CD players to MP3/WMA players has been an amazing evolution to observe. I remember selling CD players when they first came out. It was a long process of explanation to make the sale. I now sell hundreds of different digital media players that need little-to-no sales speak and they fly off the shelves. In response to the popularity of downloading music online BuyNetworks, Buy.com's parent, launched a sister company called BuyMusic.com earlier this year. Continual growth of the number of downloads from BuyMusic.com proves the industry wants and is ready for legal downloads.
