Day 2 gave even more emphasis into integrating the Internet into the retail experience. The day kicked off with a keynote speech from Target Corp.'s Gerald Storch, president of financial services and new businesses, who gave his insight on the concept of etailing and its relationship to traditional brick-and-mortar retail. "E-commerce-only operations will not survive," he said. "You must be diversified."
