CEA Issues New TV Education Fliers
The Consumer Electronics Association said this week that it has released a pair of new fliers aimed at encouraging safe installation and use of new televisions, especially for those with children in the house. The two fliers, one for flat-panel users and the other for CRT buyers, were prepared by CEA’s Product Safety Working Group (PSWG).
The initiative lets users know what they should and should not do with their TVs, including tips on how best to mount them, and how to keep kids from climbing on, or otherwise endangering themselves in connection with the sets.
The fliers are available, in PDF format, here.
