CEDIA Holds Electronic Lifestyles Forum
Over 200 people gathered April 30 through May 2 at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas Texas, for the third annual CEDIA Electronic Lifestyles Forum. The purpose of the EL Forum is to educate, network and build relationships between architects, builders, interior designers and electronic systems contractors (ESCs).
The event facilitates stronger partnerships among theses four groups of professionals, resulting in better, more profitable projects and happier clients.
Half of those in attendance were indeed the architects, interior designers and builders, who came in part to gain the knowledge to seamlessly fold electronic systems into their projects and designs. Commented CEDIA veteran Bill Skaer of Eric Grundelman’s Cool A/V: “The EL Forum gave me a great opportunity to better understand the designer’s and architect’s perspectives. Through EL Forum they now understand also what we need from them. This should help to facilitate and streamline jobs for all of us.”
