Centricity Execs to Present at Warranty Chain Management Conference
Warranty company Centricity, formerly Bankers Warranty Group and Bonded Builders Warranty Group, announced that members of its senior leadership team will serve as moderators and panelists for this year’s Warranty Chain Management Conference (WCM) to be held in San Diego March 6-8. The Conference is an annual event servicing the warranty and service contract industry; attendees range from large multinational organizations to mid-size companies, spanning across diverse industries including service providers, manufacturers, and retailers.
Centricity President Dawn Morris will join a panel focusing on Technology Developments in the Rapidly Changing Management of OEM Warranties, Service Contracts, Extended Warranties, and Maintenance Agreements. The discussion will present real-life examples of how technology is used in day-to-day operations, where it will grow, and how it will impact the industry. Morris’ panel is scheduled for Wednesday, March 7th, at 1:30 p.m. PT.
Centricity Vice President of Partnership Strategy Jocelyn Getson is moderating a panel titled, “Customer Experience vs. Expense Control,” which will focus on how the industry can manage the contradictory goals and offer solutions to overcome a common challenge. Getson will be joined by executives from Dell, Amazon, Microsoft, Starr Companies, BrandsMart, and Nebraska Furniture Mart. Getson’s panel is scheduled for Wednesday, March 7th, at 3:45 p.m. PT.
