Attitudes: Understanding and Fighting the New Battle
Find the niche or market your competitor doesn't play in. Be prepared to drop or add when needed, and repeat as often as necessary. Independent and regional retailers can execute a lot better and faster than mass merchants. Use those skills to your advantage. And remember, TVs are not a niche.
