Circuit City to Carry Velocity Micro Products
The custom PC and workstation manufacturer Velocity Micro announced Tuesday that their newest line of notebook and desktop computers will debut at some Circuit City locations in July.
“We’re very excited to join forces with Circuit City to offer PC users a new destination for high performance computers. Velocity Micro strives to provide mainstream value with boutique sensibilities: meticulous handcraftsmanship, enthusiast performance, and first-to-market launch technology,” Velocity Micro president and CEO Randy Copeland said in a release.
The Velocity Micro products offered will include the NoteMagix X20 and X25 notebook computers, both of which feature Intel Core 2 Duo processors. Both of those computers will sell for less than $2000, Copeland wrote in a blog post on the company’s Web site.
