Circuit City Cuts Some Installation Jobs
Circuit City has decided to cut back nationally on its home installation business, due to a slowdown in new home construction, the AP reported.
The cut, though, will only affect 67 of the 3,000 employees of the firedog installation service- some of which will be shifted to other jobs in the company. Circuit City attributed the cuts to the slowdown in home construction and new home sales nationwide.
