Circuit City Announces Liquidation Plans
Circuit City released some information over the weekend on its liquidation plans. The chain, which announced Friday that it is closing its doors, posted a Q&A on its Web site to answer questions about where it goes from here.
The sales began Saturday and will continue through March, or until existing revenue runs out.
Discounted prices on specific items are not being announced by Circuit City and will be at the discretion of the chain's liquidators. The company also said that it will continue to honor gift cards, and that its extended warranties remain in effect- but its "One Price Promise" offer of late last year can no longer be enforced.
