Circuit City Pays to Retain Executives
Circuit City this week approved the setting-aside of funds for retention of top executives over the next few years, Reuters reported this week, citing filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
According to the filing, in order to “ensure the stability of the company’s leadership team by providing an incentive” the company retained $1 million for executive vice presidents and $600,000 for senior vice presidents.
