Circuit City Gets Go-Ahead To Pay Incentives
Circuit City Thursday got the go-ahead to pay $4 million for executives and other employees to keep them from leaving the company in its dying days.
According to the AP, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Kevin R. Huennekens approved the request so the company can pay 150 employees through March.
The company had asked for the permission earlier this month. Its liquidation sales are expected to finish up sometime in March.
