Circuit City’s Chief Accounting Officer To Leave
Circuit City’s top accountant will soon leave the company and be replaced by another executive. According to an 8-K form filed with the SEC, Philip Dunn will step down from his position as the company’s senior vice president, treasurer and chief accounting officer. Dunn, a 24-year veteran of the company who had been the top accounting officer since 1996, will leave Oct. 18.
Michelle Mosier, the company’s vice president and controller, is now the company’s top accountant; she will also remain in her current positions.
