The United Soccer League (USL) has made a multi-year agreement with headphone and speaker company Cleer Audio, which becomes its first Official Personal Audio Partner. The agreement makes Cleer the exclusive partner across all USL properties, including the USL Championship, League One and League Two.
“Sports and music go hand in hand, and this partnership will give us the opportunity to further build that connection. Much like USL, Cleer is a brand on the rise and we look forward to showcasing its award-winning products to our players and fans alike,” said USL Senior VP of Corporate Development and Partnerships Josh Keller in the announcement statement.
“We’re ecstatic to partner with the USL and introduce Cleer to an entirely new fanbase,” added Patrick Huang, CEO of Cleer in the announcement.
San Diego-based Cleer Audio brings to the partnership a range of true wireless in-ear and over-ear headphones along with smart audio speakers.
The partnership with Cleer was negotiated by Premier Partnerships, the sales agency for the USL. The USL is the largest professional soccer organization in North America, with more than 100 member clubs.
