Cobra's Mirabelli to Retire
Cobra Electronics announced this week that Tony Mirabelli, for the last 15 years the company's senior vice president of marketing and sales, will retire. Sally Washlow has been promoted to replace him.
The company thanks Tony for his many years of dedicated service and important contributions" Cobra chairman and CEO Jim Bazet said in a statement. "Tony has been an integral part of Cobra's history and a major force in the consumer electronics industry for more than 25 years. All of us will miss him. We wish him and his entire family the best."
The news came as Cobra announced its earnings for second quarter, in which the company posted a profit of $300,000, after posting a $1.6 million loss the same time the year before.
