Comcast Rolling Out CE Tech Support Nationally
Comcast has begun rolling out nationwide, 24-hour tech support for consumer electronics devices.
The Xfinity Signature Support service arrived nationally this week, after originally launching regionally earlier this year in the Twin Cities, Atlanta and Chattanooga. It is now available to 22 million customers nationwide, Comcast said.
"Comcast has been making significant investments to enhance our products while improving the service and support we deliver," Mitch Bowling, Senior Vice President and General Manager of New Businesses for Comcast, said as part of the announcement. "Providing an end-to-end technical support solution like Xfinity Signature Support is one of the ways we're creating more personalized levels of care that are tailored to our customers' needs and interests.
